I’ve used some on the flat top electrics I’ve built but now I’m ready to give a guitar a carved top similar to a PRS or Gibson. I also have a bag press (just not The Bagpress brand) that arrived yesterday and I’m ready to get started.

The main question I have though concerns the veneer itself. Should the veneer be treated before it’s glued on to a compound carved surface?
