@tv101 Yes! For sure. Do not worry about streaking because I forgot to mention, once you apply the initial coat that you are pleased with, you wait 4 minutes(No more than 5) and you wipe off very slightly with a lint free edge free rag the excess and it also evens it out. Note however, One foam brush per coat do not re use. Same applies for the balled up rag do not reuse. I find that the rag has more control on even application but for some, foam brushes may work easier. Also one area at a time. Sides, Top and then Back. Be weary of the edges of the sides. Tendency for build up.

@tv101 Much welcome. Very pleasing warm gloss natural looking results. No fuss and easy enough. No weeks of curing drying time. One hour intervals per coat. 24 hour set time before 2000 grit wet sanding only once lightly and apply final coat or two. Another 24 hour set time and a quick dry sand very lightly before buffing.

One thing to note, lint is your nemesis. Do not use paper towels. Fibers will stick. When using a clean rag, ball it up adding rag material scraps inside and tie it up. Prevent the the edges of torn or cut cloth to touch. That is where the lint pulls out. I tend to masking tape the end edges after it has balled and tied. Dilluting it slightly with mineral spirits makes it more manageable but you would need to do more coats. Easy process to where if not satisfied with your pass, you can re dip and pass. Poly seems to reactivate even when it is almost dry. Results are fantastic. It is not lacquer mirror protecting finish but pretty darn close enough for Rock n Roll. Give it a go. Highly recomend for the home guitar builder but practice first on a test piece to get the feel for it. It’s tricky but not really.
