Cool, I’ve got some cork tiles that look spot on. I’ll glue them down 

@cheesewhisk Depending on how thick your cork tiles are, you may have to do a couple of layers on top of one another, on each side. 👍

@cheesewhisk Yeah cork will do, it’s only to stop the neck from moving in the jig (because of the the radiused fretboard. 👍

Have to agree with you about unplugging the router, they don't usually have a no volt release switch just a simple on/off so there is always a chance that residual charge could be left in the router if it had a capacitor somewhere in its circuit. It would only take a slight kick in the motor to give a nasty injury.

I also do that. Even though on my router it would be quite difficult to hit the switch while changing bits I’ve always unplugged it while doing so. I don’t take any chances with that particular job.
