I used an offcut from the fretboard to make a fillet to cover the truss rod. Waste not, want not. 

Time to make a fretboard for the panga neck. I’m going to use this lovely piece of pale moon ebony, again using the Bagpress Fret Slotting Jig. 

They are both looking good together. 

Time to drill the panga and route the headstock to depth.

Panga panga all routed up. It’s a pretty wood but very splintery, I had to be careful.
