The Dusenberg is really well made - the action is good but the guitar wouldn't stay in tune with it on - the bridge is a cheap one but the roller saddles seemed to work smoothly but just sometimes aft...

Yes - it was a Dusenberg - I was having tuning issues so normal tailpiece installed at present.

Is that a Dussenberg trem? Looks ace!

The tuners are from Riot - Firebirds originally had Banjo type tuners - Steinberger produced some for a while. These work well - there are pics earlier in the thread.... See

Hi Bill Thats a neat build, I've spotted the unusual tuners, they look clever.

I have managed to heat my workshop - it is only 9’ x 7’ x 7’ - I have a 1500W oil filled radiator - the room stays above 55°F as long a the door stays shut..... The rest of the space isn’t heated all...
