Got to agree guys...never ought into the tone wood argument unless it was an acoustic...I’ve not had too much experience with 335 or similar semi hollows, hence the questions..

acoustically my make a slight difference due to being hollow bodied? It might @Deej, but then again, there are other factors that might account for any difference (if there is an audible difference)....

@deej my centerblock is flat but hollowed out in the core in certain areas. The guitar is really light. Both carve top and carve back is also carved internally.
