Electrical Engineer who apprenticed for 4 yrs under a master cabinet-maker in his youth. I sit on my butt behind a PC to make a living but I work (woodworking) as a labor of love. I joined this site because I was so incredibly impressed with Mark's ability to teach, his knowledge-base, and his willingness to share the nuances of his tradecraft. I've only built one electric guitar, a real piece of junk, and learned from Mark why it was junk. I do not pretend to know what I don't know so I'm always welcome to suggestions from experienced people that know what they are doing. |
