Then I made a wee truss rod cover…. shaped the same as the headstock.

Then preparing the bridge pin holes for the strings using a reamer.

Then file a wee groove into the front of each hole

Next, the saddle. Again squaring up the blank 

Then keep sanding and refining until it fits the saddle slot.
