2nd update.  Glued the 3 part neck together and cut out the groove for the truss rod.

 
Next step will be to box in the truss rod with bits & pieces of mahognony wood.

Once the sides and blocks were glued together I radiused the edges of the sides on the radius dishes. 28′ for the edge to be glued to the soundboard….

Then I glued them in place inside the mould
