A guest at my work insisted to talk to the Chef. I told the General Manager not at the moment for I am busy cooking and to give me a sec. The guest walks in the kitchen and compliments my Mushroom Truffle Risotto. He said it was spectacular. I was star struck in awe and deeply honored hearing that and coming from a guitar legend, the one and only Carlos Santana.

Nice one, sounds like you‘re pretty awesome in the kitchen as well!
I also used to cook for a living, hard fookin‘ work.
But one time some friends and I were at a restaurant up in Marin County Ca and who was sitting not 10 feet away from us? Carlos Santana
