@russ Those drawing applications can have quite a steep learning curve. However, there are plenty of videos to be found on YT if you search for 'Making logos with Inkscape|Illustrator/...'

Thank you. Pretty pleased. Mark did quite a lot of the finishing because we ran out of time, but still an amazing experience just getting it to the 95% stage.

I'd say do it anyway. Having just completed the build - the results are unspeakably good. And somehow the anticipation of the gap makes it better.

@steveadams Chalk fitting is a standard thing in instrument making schools that use hand tools but it’s not used so much with machine tools.
