Careful @clinton. I did the same thing myself, aiming to slightly re-shape the corner of a pickup cavity with a Dremel. I ended up with a slightly less slightly re-shaped corner than I’d wanted. Those Dremels can remove a lot… Read more»

@clinton Its best to cut all the wood you want to use to near finished sizes and let it air dry to ensure the moisture content is even both sides. Cutting just before you use means that an outside face… Read more»

Circle patterns are very tough to get spot on and had to redi several times.
The circle templates I’ve made worked out well, I was lucky enough to have holes saws near enough the right size.
