You can always make a shiny surface satin or matt by sanding it back with some very fine wet and dry or a Scotch pad. @boo The problem with doing that on a guitar is the player basically polishes it...

@tv101 Why guess? They tell you Easy to Use – Can be Brushed or Sprayed. Self leveling.

I'm guessing that this *only* works in a spray gun?

It seems to be priced at $=£, which considering that's an inc VAT price makes it about 16% more expensive than the US. Not unreasonable if they're shipping it here rather than making it under license....
