@koendb Looks like a neat job. I found the Dremel difficult to use as I’ve always cut inlays by hand in the past but have had to convert to power tools due to hand problems. I’m still not loving it….   Read more»

@koendb It looks like the cracks are where the wood changes from heart to sap wood, unless it’s glue stain giving a darker colour. Titebond is stronger than wood so you won’t be making it weaker. Making a perfect acoustic…   Read more»
