Hi @nossair. I’m no expert on the subject but I imagine that the thicker the neck the smaller the valute. If you’re neck is made using a scarf joint from a 1″ blank then you may need a bigger valute…   Read more»

Posted by: @nossair @russ it is not metal, it’s formica (well it’s called formica in french) Very interesting choice @nossair. I’ve never thought of using it. We call it Formica too but mainly used for kitchen worktops. 😂  🎶🎸🙂🙏
