@boo it would take an awful lot of soldering to get any harm from the lead, not nearly big enough amounts. It's like a lot of things, 2k spray etc, the danger can come from using it all day everyday.

@boo Heat the item, add the solder lol. And use leaded, that lead free stuff is naff, I can do everything with a simple 30 watt iron using leaded stuff.

Got the trussrod slot routed, headstock angle done and fretboard glued and clamped. I like cutting the headstock angle wide of the line with the bandsaw then using a handplane to bring it into place. ...
