@nsj I just ordered 3 of their stains for the first time, will take 6 weeks to get to me, grrrr! I have had success with the oils so hope the stains work just as well, cheers

@nsj Have you tried any of the Crimson Guitars oil finishes? I have used them with great success and finished off with Renaissance Wax for a silky smooth finish.

@swepri I think after I have carved the neck and the volute I will add the veneer and try and incorporate it in the volute.
