Today I worked on the body. Cut out the shape with a jig saw (my bandsaw hasn’t enough power to cut through a body blank, especially when it’s treated with wood hardener).

Then I planed and scraped the binding flush with the body….

Then a wee bit of sanding…..

Then I had to get the tape off again. A gentle heat with the heat gun….

Then glued the binding on. First to the top …..
