Ready to have all the braces glued in place.

Then glue it in place. Clamp the X-brace in place again initially to hold it in.

Then made the bridge plate using “harvested” wood from the back.

Then glue it in place. Clamp the X-brace and top brace in place to initially hold it in place

Plane the plate down to 2mm thickness. 

Then cut it out to shape.

Then using some “harvested” wood from the soundboard, I made the soundhole plate

🙏🎶🎸🙂

The next stage was to partially carve the ends of the other Top Braces prior to gluing them in place as it can be a little more difficult when glued up against the X-brace.
