Hi @sanjeevmansotra there are many fingerpicking technique such as follows as:-
1. Combine Scales, Arpeggios, Chords, Melodies, and Technical Exercises.
2. Practice with a Metronome.
3.  Focus on Finger Independence.
4. Warm-up and Stretch.
5. Start Slow and Build Speed.
