I found that I couldn't attach the file unless I added some text with it of more than two characters. I was using my mobile.

Is anyone else having problems with 'Attach Files' process? When I click on it now I just get a long string of images dropping off down the screen rather the list of images that used to pop up. It's doing the same on my desktop Mac and on my iPad.

Kind of glad that you are too - I'd assumed it was just me, and was some sort of unintended consequence of whatever changes @markbailey had to make to take me off the "spammer" restriction!

To be clear to everyone else who's replied, we *can* attach images to post, but the UI has changed, and it's now horrible.  Whereas previously, it was a simple/easy/straightforward process.

I have the issue on my PC - Win10/Chrome - and the laptop - OS X/Safari.

My workaround has been to host the pics elsewhere, and to hardcode them into the text box here.  That works as a workaround, but the risk is that the other image host changes in some way (as FotoPhucket did a few years ago, and Imgur more recently) and that the hardcoded links then fail.  You then end up with posts here that have missing images.

Better for them to be hosted here (at least until Mark runs out of Gb on his hosting package!) ... but only if uploading them is painless.
