Here are some pics of two brace sanding jigs made to allow the glued surface of the braces to be sanded to the correct spherical for to match the contour of the back. The same sanding jig is used as for sanding the back edge of the body. The braces are clamped in the jigs and sanded on the dish until all four wheels are making contact with the sandpaper at which point they should be a pretty much perfect fit to the back
