I have many unfavourite songs today.

Having avoided C19 since it first arrived, I managed to pick it up sometime last week, so I’m currently in home isolation with my iPad, phone, mp3 player and Bluetooth speaker.  And a couple of books.

I have some *rubbish* on this mp3 player 😀

I keep thinking ... a laid back, acoustic version for Bliss!  Mainly because I know Carol likes deep & meaningful lyrics.

The latest batch of CDs received at TV towers included the Blondie Against All Odds set.  Not the madly priced mega-collection, but the slightly less madly priced 3 disc collection (on special deal).

I admit to having had a slight soft spot for Blondie - back in school days band days, the drummer used to have a full length poster of Blondie pinned up on the wall behind his kit - although a lot of the set is in their slightly less-polished state.  As this video illustrates ...

Russ, I’m doing good. I’m constantly working on the house and will be forever I think. 😆 

I’m trying to get as many winter jobs done as I can as there are going to be so many summer projects to sort out before the next winter. I have certainly got my hands full here and I don’t know if and when I will get anywhere near guitar building. I still have two sparkly strats to finish building and one cigar box guitar. 
I am finding old bits of wood amongst all the crap in my out buildings here so maybe one day I can make guitars out of them.

I’m going to rip this old rustic mantle out and install a bigger one. Guess what I’m going to use this wood for. 😁 (see picture)

There are a couple of great saw mills in this region for me to explore as well, not that they will be cheap.

I am still trying to source a large explosion proof fan for my spray booth, for the right price. This company still don’t have them in stock. (See link)
