Fit the Neck
To fit the neck we first sand the sides of the heel until it slides in comfortably - after this we can set the angle by routing the back of the heel using the Neck Angle Jig.
Mark the Neck Tenon
The first stage of fitting the neck is to cut the Tenon, so it must be marked out as accurately as possible - Use a sharp pencil!
Cut the Neck Tenon
The Neck Tenon is made with four cuts - here I demonstrate the method to achieve this.
