You can use contact cement @koendb but that can make it harder to remove, if need be. Or possibly a rubber adhesive...

Question guys and girls: What type of glue should I use to glue that rubber strip to the wood?I need to stretch and push it a little to make it fit perfectly, so a little handling time is needed
