RE: New Year. New Guitar (build)

That's solid ebony, with gold frets. Obvs bolt-on and TC shaped, so now I've got to come up with a suitable body design. I'm not a great fan of slab-fronted Teles, so I'm thinking it'll be Tele-ish,...

New Year. New Guitar (build)

I've got to build a new guitar. Got. To. I bought this neck last year, made by someone from whom I've bought a few necks over the years (including some really tasty solid Rosewood necks).

RE: Is it normal to fork a project mid-build?

Posted by: @wolframmalukker Barely any gap there, and what is there will fill out fine when I go to paint the body. @wolframmalukker Nice work, great little repair. 👍

Fixed it. Barely any gap there, and what is there will fill out fine when I go to paint the body. (Wish I could get my neck joint to look like that-about the top 3/32" is gappy!)

@markbailey. Merry Christmas to you too, I don't know how I would have gotten through this year without you, Carol, this course and this community too. Here's to another build and another year.
