String Ferrules. This is how I do it. Works well as long as the body lenght clears the throat of your drill press. Any suggestions otherwise would be greatly appreciated.

I swear they think of everything. A string ferrule centering jig that hooks up to your drill press would be nice. They probably have that too. Stew Mack who again?

@tv101 true that. At the moment I have been quite lucky. I do a prelimenary sand on the dremel and I finish the line with my laminate router. Enough depth for router bearing catch to switch to copy flush trim… Read more»
