With those caps and extremely good soldering, it would be worth having a clear cavity cover to show them off.

Agreed! The only “drawback” to a clear cover is that you can’t have shielding.

Pre-wired circuits are pretty common these days but… you’ve got to like the components they use and pay a hefty premium. They are extremely well done though…
