Friend asked me to build him an explorer. Turned out decent. Pickguard is ash epoxied to 1mm aluminium then sprayed black, headstock plate is also ash sprayed black. He has a cnc which he was able to use to engrave… Read more»

It’s resin, I get mine from epodex. I make the body blank and if like this one the cracks aren’t very big I rout them bigger. Then I build a frame around it to dam the resin, mix then pour…. Read more»
