These were amongst a job lot of harnesses from ebay, somebody clearing out their junk boxes. I’ve only got myself to blame.

 
So, that’s a “maybe” ??
 
The answer – of course – is just to ignore the tone pots.  Never use them … 😉

Lovely smooth carves and curves on that body @NSJ, and I always prefer the recessed screw (or bolt) holes for fixing a neck, just looks hugely neater to my eyes.
