@powerful : Looks excellent! Maybe tiny bit low?...you can check it with the fretboard on it should be about 7-8mm...so with the frets in 8-9mm. When finished, a ruler placed along the top of the fret...

So after all the troubles with the splits in the soundboard, I managed to fix it somehow. Hopefully it is strong enough and it will hold.Over lunch time, I had a go with the dremel and a scrap piece...
