I was very lucky that in primary school it was all imperial, I can’t remember that far back @robin!! I can visualise distances more easily/accurately in inches/feet.  But I’ll use metric for any measuring that I do.  As MattB says,…   Read more»

I can quite happily work in both and flip between them.

Being American, the dimensions are in imperial, which I haven’t got a problem with.

@robin I missed out on the whole Imperial thing, I was brought up on metric thank goodness.

I only filled in the tremolo cavity to fit a different bridge style which covered the repair, didn’t touch the pick up cavities.

@russ my chiseling is not that tidy but wont be visible when glued on. The fit is good
