@russ Yes, new builds are much easier and repairs can be a can of worms. I’m repairing a 1970s Fender at the moment with a bolt on neck. It’s a nightmare as the fixing holes in the neck are loose… Read more»

it was a few years ago and I used Maplin Elctronics silver conductive paint but nothing would stick to it -

I’ve heard that teak is difficult to glue did you have to treat it with anything first -

Recently I think you mentioned shielding the control/pick up cavities with conductive paint. When I’ve tried this it was difficult to get a ground connection. Could you discuss this please and also the use of copper foil.
