@jozefbehr i forgot to say that it’s a Martin kit guitar I got when I visited the factory years ago so can’t take all the credit. Still a fair bit to do though. The back wasn’t joined and was 1mm too...

@koendb Yes I used what was free at the time but not the greatest to work with. I will also have to varnish the inside as the chipboard made some small scratches on the wood which need sanding.
