Once the sides and blocks were glued together I radiused the edges of the sides on the radius dishes. 28′ for the edge to be glued to the soundboard….

….and 20′ for the edge to be glued to the back…..

Then I glued them in place inside the mould

Then I cut the end block and the heel block to size and squared them up.
