RE: A mahognay neck through redo @liebe the finish was kinda tacky, floyd sat fairly high above the recess and the recess rout wasn't very good. That one was my first carve top too I believe. I prefer to bring the recarve further out... |

RE: A mahognay neck through redo @liebe surfacing bit from radian tools, use it then give it a quick sand and it's ready to go. I use 80 grit on a hard piece of wood. |

A mahognay neck through redo Built this one a while agao, first carve top. Had a few things i wasm't happy with, floyd sat above the body, recess wasn't nicely lined up and the finish was kinda sticky. I thought lets improive it.... |
