@frocesterbill I’m using a similar switch – one of the Schaller megaswitches – on my current build. And yes, you need a slot on the flat part of the body, and the body can be no more than ~3mm thick…   Read more»

Ingenious, and a nice piece of tool design.
I’ve never tried using one of those – always just filed the slots by trial & error, stopping *just* before filing too deep.
