Just found the solution – Safari – advanced – website settings – delete Guitar Making – now all fine again……

Cut a larger radius half cylinder top to bottom where the damage is and have the jack in the recess……..

Now with hardware – struck me that there was a lot of black from the pickups and then some chrome so I have swapped out the bridge, tuners and knobs + screws bolts.  Still waiting for a black Jack plate

The ‘not f hole’ was inspired by one from a Rickenbacker – but the other way round….

My semi hollow Bandsman has a single big cavity…..

5 more coats of Liberon Finishing Oil and a one of microcrystalline wax…..

Very neat solution doing all that with one control as opposed to a 5 way + push-pulls……

Mark was concerned as we started routing – we went in 1mm steps until the switch could do the extremes with a tip in place. I like the way that on the lower 5 positions it is a standard Strat…   Read more»

Currently applying more Finishing Oil – hardware stripped off – I have also screened the control cavity.
I will also swap the bridge, tuners, screws and knobs for black ones.
