So if you can recycle a top to make a uke or travel guitar....... can you recycle the back and sides too? Is it possible to rebend guitar sides into smaller instruments?

I do like the recycling ideas, Mark, especially using the top for a bike. Trouble is it's attached to a back and sides. Don't suppose they can be saved and have a new soundboard grafted on? ? Sod it....

Sorry James - You'll have to let us see a pic first...don't worry I will have seen worse...if you can't face it then use the for something else...Uke...upper transvers grafts, centerseam diamonds etc...
