I have never used pre-made shellac so can’t say what the quality is like although I’ve heard liberon special pale french polish is good.

got mine last week and can’t wait to use it on my first scratch build! I did a test fretboard and it only took 15-20 minutes, very impressed.

@tv101 probably the first three albums I’d recommend are ‘discipline’ ‘court of the crimson king’ and ‘red’ this one is from discipline.

cherry is beautiful wood tv1, love the way it ages and gets darker with exposure to light over time.
