Great piece of ingenuity there @robin. What did you use for the metal struts? 

The metal struts are from cheap Aldi ratchet clamps that broke, I seldom throw anything in the bin.

@tdunn0412 I would just use the builders lumber 2×4 (1.5×3.5″) or any scraps that will hold the router above your work. If it turns out to be a little too short because of the .5″ then just glue another small…   Read more»
