@koendb Yeah I’ve done that before. You will learn eventually, I promise. I find that if you think too far ahead, sometimes you lose sight of what you are doing in the moment. So, you have to slow down, don’t think too far ahead and really concentrate on the task at hand. You have to spend a lot of time thinking in between tasks. Sometimes when I’ve measured and marked something out ready to be drilled or routed etc, I will go and make a cup of tea, sit and drink it whilst mulling over everything I’ve measured and marked. When I’ve taken that time to think, I’ll then cut, drill, route, whatever it is. It may take more time but it definitely works better than trying to work too quickly. The faster you try to go, the more chance there is of making mistakes. Over time you will naturally become more proficient and be able to speed up. Speed is a byproduct of accuracy.
