My rainy days working space is getting smaller and smaller.
@robin Maybe there is a shed build on the horizon for you Robin, a big one! Always keep in mind the possibility of an extension on it one day too.

When I started making sawdust, and the occasional guitar, I set-up my workshop with more space than I could ever need.
I bought a 10' x 8' shed.
I put all my tools in there, and had loads of space to store all my wood, and work on it.
Perfect.
Over the following weeks and months, I seemed to acquire more tools, and more bits of wood, and found myself working outside the "workshop" whenever I could, because otherwise I had to spend more time moving stuff in the workshop out of the way before I could get to the tools that I needed, or to create enough space to work on something.
Lesson learned.
When we moved a few years ago, I chose a new workshop that was a bit bigger. This one is 5m x 3.5m. That's going to me more space than I'll ever need, I thought. Put all my tools in there, and all my wood, and even some new workbenches.
Loads of space. Plenty of room to work in.
Then I bought a few more tools. And some more wood. And made some more jigs.
And, a few years on, I wish I'd built a bigger workshop ...

How many guitars is enough? Just one more.
How big should your workshop be? Just a little bigger.

@tv1010101 My workspace is/was a garage. It’s smaller than a double but bigger than a single. It’s just not big enough! I am grateful for it and I manage but no matter how hard I try, I always fill the space and I’m always struggling to move around freely and with fear of tripping over something. Nightmare!

That's a very blue sky for Scotland ... Photoshop???
@tv1010101 No, not photoshopped, the sun does shine sometimes. There was also a golden eagle high up above us 5 minutes ago, but I would have blinded myself taking a photo against the blazing sun.

That must have been a sight @robin - congratulations on seeing that!
We've got a family of buzzards, nesting in the adjoining field/copse, and a kestrel that's taken up residence outside our log cabin. I've sat/stood and watched both of those hunting in the fields.
But I'm pretty sure a golden eagle trumps both of those!

@tv1010101 There's no shortage of wildlife here. We see the eagles regularly, not so many buzzards as there used to be, I think the eagĺes have chased them off. There are red dear that stroll through the caravan site during the quiet times. We have sea otters in the loch and there's a sea eagle that makes an occasional appearance.
Can you view it okay, if try to play it on here it's very stop/start.
It's very stop-start for me too. I'd presumed that was due to my (poor) internet connection.
You'll be causing Mark to upgrade his server provision again ...
