I saw this and I immediately want to build one. One for the percussive and rhythm section, bass players etc, very cool. 😎🤘
It's mad (so I understand why it'd appeal to you 😆 ) and creative / inventive but I guess that's just a larger and bassier version of the old rubber-bands-stretched-across-a-shoe-box "instrument"?
I imagine it'd be fun to play with for a while.

@tv101 Indeed it is mad and I’m just trying to find all my elastic thingies, I have a tub of them somewhere. It’s difficult to find anything at the moment as I’m packing everything away, ready for moving. It’s perhaps not the best time to be thinking about making this instrument (or any instrument) but trying to fly under my wife’s radar with these things is half the fun. 😆 They will present themselves sooner or later so I can at least have an initial look at it.
It makes me smile and laugh so I’ll take it any day.
Find something you like doing and keep doing it (so long as it isn’t detrimental to your health or harmful to anyone else).
Life should be fun for everyone.
