I discovered that I actually am dyslexic, they sent me for tests. I doesn’t matter though, I just manage things differently and enjoy life
Yeah @boo. I was 42 before I was told that I was likely to be dyslexic but by then I had found other ways around it. I've never gone for any test to have it confirmed....I guess I'll just keep on keeping on.

Well that's not enough info! It's just made it more intriguing..... so give us a clue..... is he unable to pay his phone contract? Has he got a job as a submariner with no Internet? Has he masturbated so much that he's blind? Dish the dirt Man!
Hi all
what have I missed.....
I have too many guitars...said no one in the world..ever!
Just a quick note to say I got the all clear from the Dr and I’m back on line.
I was getting really bad headaches and was having tests and had to stop using computers/screens for a while..I hope to back on the live streams soon as well as back on here but I’m getting back to it slowly so that I don’t start the headaches again.

Good to see you back DJ - it's been getting a bit busier in here since you left. Suggest you don't try to read everything in one go
😉
Oh, and @Boo found out how to hack the rep points scoring thing.

Hi all good to see we have an @deej thread going, it gives the forum another dimension supporting members who are not keeping too well. Also that there is some IT instruction for people who are not 100% technology orientated. I retired thinking I would be able to escape from IT and just make dust and shavings all day, but it's catching up with me again.
@markbailey looks like you've opened Pandoras Box.
Some people call me a tool, others are less complimentary. Tools being useful things.
I'm giving you points just for being old as we oldies have to stick together. I will be 68 in a few days (scary thought) so you can image computing and modern technology didn't play any part in my school education at all, it was mostly playing rugby and drinking beer. Should I really be playing with sharp tools at my age - probably not, power tools - definitely not. Try and stop me
I was dragged kicking and screaming into computer technology through work as being a computer illiterate was a disciplinary offence so for people who are struggling with IT don't despair if you really have to learn it you will especially if it's a route to guitar making
Also I've been doing woodwork since the age of seven years and I've made nearly every mistake including cutting the tip off my index finger aged fourteen chopping wood by the way and not guitar related Excuse the poor punctuation my touch screen is giving up getting new iPad next week
