Then plane the edges flat on the shooting board.

Then I bent the sides into shape using the pipe bender. I then held them in place in the guitar mould.

Then I cut the end block and the heel block to size and squared them up.

Then I glued them in place inside the mould

Once the sides and blocks were glued together I radiused the edges of the sides on the radius dishes. 28' for the edge to be glued to the soundboard....

....and 20' for the edge to be glued to the back.....

Next I prepared the strips of wood for the Kerfed lining.

Then I cut the kerf into the strips using the kerfed lining jig on the bandsaw.

Next I glued the kerfed lining onto the edges of both sides.

Then I had to radius the top edge and the back edge again.

Next I marked out the dovetail.

I cut out the edges using my Japanese saw.

Then gouged out using chisels.

Then finished off using a sanding stick.

Next I cut out the notches in the kerfed lining to accommodate the back braces ready to glue on the back of the guitar.

Then glued on the back using the go-bar deck.

Then sanded down the inside prior to gluing on the soundboard

Then I marked out and cut out the notches to accommodate the braces of the soundboard.

Then I glued on the soundboard using the go-bar deck again.

Then I used the router and binding jig with a flush cut bit to trim the back and soundboard flush with the sides.

A wee bit of work on the end graft. Once it was marked out I gouged out the channel using chisels and "Grannies Tooth"

Then I made the end graft from a cut off from the neck blank and two pieces of ebony veneer.

Then glued it in place.
