Friend asked me to build him an explorer. Turned out decent. Pickguard is ash epoxied to 1mm aluminium then sprayed black, headstock plate is also ash sprayed black. He has a cnc which he was able to use to engrave my logo. I used my laser to cut the pickguard out of paper. That way I could keep tweaking it till it fitted perfect. Then I used the laser to cut out the ash.

Body is okoume, neck brazillian mahogany, black wood fretboard, gotoh hardware and seymour duncan APH alnico 2 pickups.
