Hi all and Happy New Year!
I’m back and hope to post again about builds……
I did a third workshop course in 2022 and since then haven’t done any building……
Three of us did the 2022 course, the previous two had been me and my mate Dave, we were joined in 2022 by Dave’s (grown up) son David. David and Dave had chatted back in September last year about how much the enjoyed the last course and I got involved and we thought about ‘going again’. David is an active musician up in Sheffield and one of his band mates, Tracy, also fancied the idea of building a guitar so it looks like there will be four of us in October…. Really looking forward to it!
Measure once........ Measure again......... Sod it - make tea!
Just completed Day 4 of my fourth visit to Mark and Carol. Only three of us - Tracy had to withdraw - Mark and Carol on cracking form.
We have now got bodies and necks progressing - tomorrow is our day off but Mark is intent on doing some sanding for us so there will be some Mirka action going on before we resume on Saturday.
