@boo  As an example, my Tanglewood Tomkat has a little fillet at the neck join.

@boo    Could you clean off the sharp edges and put a small fillet around the joint, maybe an epoxy filler, then paint it again.

Well @boo that came out looking great! The white pu covers definitely fit, too bad J bass knobs aren’t available in white but I know a guy who can paint them… 😉😂
