@koendb – sorry missed that – with my Firebird wings were cut on bandsaw and routed to shape but the cutoffs were still close enough to clamp – guitar looking very good!

Back to glueing on the wings – if you cut out the wing shapes on your bandsaw keep the bits you cut off to use to clamp on the wings…….

@Rocknroller912 Thanks for that – sounds like a plan – I wondered about heat to soften glue but as you say as the bridge is not being reused then carefully remove/destroy………..
